Virtual Meeting Information

Virtual video sessions are offered through SimplePractice, the HIPPA-compliant electronic health record system used by the practice.

48 hours prior to patient appointments, a unique one-time use link is sent via email for use at the client's next upcoming session. Additionally, links to video sessions can also be found via the client's unique and confidential portal.

The SimplePractice video platform seems to perform at its best when hosted by the Google Chrome web browser.

For clients who wish to use a smartphone, SimplePractice also offers a free telehealth phone-app for iPhone and Android. 

Payment & Insurance

Service fees are paid at the time of service. Payments can be made online via the patient portal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. A credit or debit card will be requested at time of scheduling in order to hold an appointment.

Scholarships & Sliding Scale Fees

For clients experiencing financial hardship, alternative financial arrangements are available. 

There are several coaching scholarships available for clients who qualify; all scholarships have been assigned. There are no available scholarships at this time.

Sliding scale fees are always available. With sliding scale fees, the client and practice agree to a reduced session fee that is based on client income and type of services needed. Sliding scale fees begin at $80 and run up to $125 per session or service. This is subject to exception depending on individual circumstances and should be discussed prior to beginning services.
