Hi, I’m Hannah— therapist turned neurodiversity affirming ADHD Coach, and someone who deeply understands what it’s like to look “put together” on the outside while feeling like chaos on the inside.
I’ve built my career helping high-achieving adults who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and burnout—especially the kind of burnout that comes from masking, people-pleasing, and constantly trying to meet impossible expectations.
What I know for sure? Success doesn’t always feel how you thought it would. And functioning well doesn’t mean you’re actually well.
I created this space to change that.
I’m an ADHD coach with a background in clinical psychotherapy, and I also live with ADHD myself. That background along with continued professional education and training specific to ADHD and neurodiversity allows me to approach this work with both powerful insight and lived experience, offering a kind of support that’s strategic, grounded, and never surface-level.
My work is rooted in emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, and values-based self-leadership. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or forcing your brain to fit someone else’s mold. I believe in helping you build a life that works for you, not against you.
