Disrupted routines, heightened emotions, family dynamics, constant social pressure — it’s a perfect storm for burnout. This small group coaching series is designed to help you move through the holiday season with more regulation, more connection, and a lot more self-trust.
Across 75 focused minutes each week, we’ll explore:
✨ Tools for emotional regulation and nervous system care
🧠 How to set and hold boundaries without guilt
💛 Navigating family dynamics + old emotional triggers
🤝 Communicating needs in relationships without people-pleasing
🗓 Building sustainable routines that protect your energy
This space is intentionally small, supportive, and designed for high-performing adults with ADHD who want to protect their peace and show up for what matters most this season.
